What is Serve Asia?

• Short term involvement (2 weeks to 6 months)
• Exposure to God's work in East Asia
• Experience in cross-cultural ministry
• Strategic and valuable contribution to ongoing work
• A gateway to opportunities
  Join a team , form a team or go as an individual.
• An intentional discipleship journey
  Apply, prepare, train, serve, debrief and integrate

Serve Asia workers should expect to:

• Grow in relationship with Christ.
• Develop godly relationships with teammates, hosts and national friends.
• Increase personal awareness of East Asia's peoples and be involved in God's pursuit of his glory among all peoples.

Requirements:

• A maturing relationship with Christ.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Attendance and service in a local church body.
• A flexible attitude and teachable spirit.
• A desire to be involved in God's pursuit of his glory among all peoples.
• Complete the Serve Asia Application at least three months before proposed departure
• Citizenship or current residency in the United States (If you are not a U.S. citizen, or if you are not living in the U.S., you may need to apply through an OMF office in a different country.)
